Tom Melton has been a fixture on the Long Island surf scene for more than 30 years. Having grown up on Long Island, Tom has fished the entire shoreline-North to South and East to West

After catching his first fish, a small blowfish from a local dock, Tom has fished extensively, spending the bulk of his time in the surf of Montauk.

As Managing Editor of the Fisherman Magazine, Tom has had ample time to sharpen his fish catching and teaching skills, which will aid in your future success.

Tom is father to three lovely daughters, and has been married to his wife, Kathie for 25 years. Join him for a day or night of learning the game of surf fishing.
